Stowe Nordic members:

This year, our annual meeting was a fun celebration of our 30th anniversary, but it didn’t provide a good opportunity to do our board elections. Per our bylaws, Stowe Nordic members need to elect officers and board members every fall. Hence, you will be receiving an online ballot.

• We currently have eight Board members (out of a maximum of ten allowed in our bylaws).

• Below is a list of all current Board members and officers that shows their terms and the terms that are expiring (in red).

• We are proposing a slate of candidates recommending re-election of all four current officers and each of the incumbent directors whose terms are up this year (again, see below).

• We would like to offer this opportunity for members to comment to the Board on this proposed slate and nominate new members before we finalize our slate.

• Based on any feedback we get, our plan is to send out a voting request via e-mail on Dec 2 for the actual vote.

• So, to be clear, no action is required by you at this time unless you have comments, questions or nominations
