Moonlight Ski – Wednesday Feb 12th 6pm
Yes! the moon, weather and snow have actually aligned, and we are doing a moonlight ski on Wednesday February 12th. Meet at the Luce Hill Road Rec Path entrance, we’ll head up the rec path, then convene for a post-ski meal at Piecasso.
Note: Our snowmobile has been out of service, so we may not have machine groomed tracks. Rest assured, plenty of folks have been skiing on the path though!

Stowe Derby – Feb 23rd – Sign up now!
The Stowe Derby is one of the oldest and most unique ski races in North America. The tradition of the Stowe Derby will once again bring together generations of families from all over to take part in the challenging 20 kilometer cross-country ski course throughout Stowe. This race has provided lasting memories to participants as they ski down Mount Mansfield’s Toll Road and along the Stowe Recreation Path before reaching the finish in the Stowe village. The course has a total vertical drop of almost 2,700 feet. Part of the course traverses the land recently conserved by the Stowe Land Trust.

Tour De Stowe
The Tour de Stowe was a great event, largely due to a huge effort by Carol VanDyke, supported by Ed Miller, George Jackman, NENSA Staff and a great crew of Stowe Nordic volunteers. We had 103 skiers and ended up making just over $500 in profit which will go to the Stowe Nordic foundation which supports youth skiers.
