Youth Fall DRYLAND Program 2018-19

Stowe Nordic provides a dryland program to help prepare athletes for almost any winter sport. Sessions offer a variety of activities that include; trail running and hikes, playing sports, agility drills, strength training and often early-season skiing with conditions permitting.  Athletes meet twice a week and train with US Ski and Snowboard certified coaches and work closely to develop individual training plans for the winter season.
